このサイトの目的/Purpose of this website

筆者が2022年3月からポケモンコインの収集を始めて、最初にぶち当たった壁は情報がないことでした。

今や調べられないことはない、と思われるくらい情報に溢れているインターネットの世界ですが検索やSNSを駆使しても全体を網羅し、かつ現在も更新されている情報はほとんど見つかりません。

これはポケモンカードの始まりが1990年後半からと歴史が古く、当時から情報収集しそれを継続して発信している人がいないためです。

また“ポケモンコイン”そのものがポケモンカードの付属品としての意味合いが強く、これに着目する人やコレクター自体が少ないということも理由として考えられます。

しかし約2年間のコレクター期間で感じたことは、私以外にもポケモンコインを収集している人が確実にいるということです。

私はこの事実に大きな意味を感じ、また自分自身への備忘録としてWEBサイトを通して情報発信をしたいと考えました。

私がこれまでのコレクター期間で得た知識が、一人でも多くの方の参考になれば幸いです。

When I started collecting Pokémon coins in March 2022, the first obstacle I hit was a lack of information.

The internet is now so overflowing with information that it seems like there's nothing you can't find, but even with searches and social media, it's hard to find comprehensive, updated information.

This is because Pokémon cards have a long history, dating back to the late 1990s, and there is no one who has been collecting information since then and continuing to share it.

Another reason could be that Pokémon coins themselves are primarily intended as accessories for Pokémon cards, and there are few people who pay attention to them or collectors in general.

However, what I've learned over the course of roughly two years as a collector is that there are definitely other people besides me who collect Pokémon coins.

I find this fact very meaningful, and I wanted to share information through this website as a reminder to myself.

I hope that the knowledge I've gained during my time as a collector will be useful to as many people as possible.

トレード募集/Trade wanted

上で記載のとおり、日本のコインはコンプリートしたものの海外のコインの収集率は高くありません。

特にサイズがレギュラーサイズだった頃のコインは時間が経っているということもあり、日本国内ではフリマサービスなどを使っても手に入れることが本当に難しいという状況です。

筆者としては海外コインをさらに集めて当サイトに掲載したいという思いが強く、また同じ趣味を持つ方たちと繋がりたいと考えています。
