2001年7月20日札幌、7月24日広島、7月29日開催のネオサマーロード大会にて、コロコロで入手できる引換券で交換した方にプレゼントされるルギアのレギュラーサイズブルーレインボーホロ黒裏コインです。イベントは仙台、8月1日大阪、8月5日東京、8月8日名古屋、8月12日福岡で開催されました。

ルギアの横顔を絵柄とし、ブルーレインボーホロがルギアの神秘的な雰囲気をうまく表現しています。中古市場では比較的手に入りやすいものの、人気コインの1枚になっています。ポケモンカードゲームエンブレムのコインと2枚1セットで配布されました。
